Opening hoursOpen every day in season

We are open seven days a week during the season, until late in the evening. Today’s exact hours are always up to date on our Google listing — that is where we keep them current.

• Contactless: above €50, the terminal will ask for your PIN.

AccessibilityVisiting in a wheelchair

Step-free access is on the Trésor side. On the jewellery side, a dedicated bell rings behind the counter: we come and let you in, and stay with you.

The whole shop can be visited in a wheelchair: we keep at least 90 cm between the display cases and two clear turning areas on the jewellery side. Our cases are on castors — if a gap is too narrow, we simply move them.

After your purchaseAftercare and exchanges

We provide aftercare on everything we sell and carry out small repairs whenever we can.

Our exchange policy is flexible: we simply need to confirm the item came from us — the receipt is ideal, a payment date is often enough. For any request, please write to us: we answer email far better than the phone.
